Development of a Framework to evaluate the use of Passenger Amenities of the Bus Terminals in India

  • User satisfaction of bus terminals depends on the physical aspects of people and psychological state of mind. Better public transportation network contributes to the nation’s development. Evaluation of user satisfaction help design a better public transport. This paper describes a framework to evaluate the user perspectives of good passenger bus terminal. By referring to the extensive literature, constructs and items of user satisfaction are shaped into a questionnaire survey tool. Methods of data collection, validation and analysis of the framework are discussed in the subsequent sections of the paper.
