An effective and effective usage of technologies and knowledge boosts the promise of delivering growth and prosperity to countries in the modern age. Full Employment is one of the main areas of concern for our economy. Established economies are currently confronted by daunting scenarios characterized by secular stagnation, which seem to demonstrate an incompatibility between maximum employment and financial stability. When developing nations open up and globalize, they experience greater inequity, and combating all of the detrimental impacts of climate change across the globe is a major obstacle. Despite India's large-scale growth and advancement of higher education institutions, the employability of multiple skilled young people churned out of our educational system remains an open issue.
