  • Abstract:
  • Core stability is essential for postural control, spinal stability, and respiratory efficiency. The present study aimed to compare the effectiveness of 90/90 bridging using ball and balloon exercises versus traditional core exercises on core strength and lung capacity. A randomized controlled trial was conducted on 40 healthy adults aged 18–25 years, divided into two groups A and B for four weeks. Both groups showed significant improvement, with greater improvement in the experimental group. The study concluded that 90/90 bridging using ball and balloon exercises is more effective in improving core strength and lung capacity.
