  • This paper examines the global culinary applications of jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) and its rapidly expanding export potential. Drawing on agronomic, nutritional, and market data, the study documents traditional and innovative jackfruit dishes across South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and Africa, while analyzing India's export infrastructure, challenges, and growth trajectories. Recommendations are offered for policy makers, agri-entrepreneurs, and researchers to harness jackfruit's full commercial and nutritional potential.
