abstract = {This paper presents the design and implementation of an IoT-based Smart Car Parking System aimed at addressing the growing challenges of parking congestion and inefficient space utilization in urban areas. The proposed system integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technology, web-based applications, and machine learning algorithms to provide a real-time, intelligent parking management solution. The architecture consists of a dual- module framework including a User Module and an Admin Module, enabling users to check parking slot availability, reserve slots in advance, and perform secure online payments, while administrators can monitor slot occupancy, manage user data, and analyze parking usage statistics. Each parking slot is equipped with ultrasonic sensors connected to a microcontroller, which continuously detect vehicle presence and update the central database through internet connectivity, ensuring accurate real-time information. Furthermore, the system incorporates machine learning-based slot recommendation and dynamic pricing mechanisms to optimize parking allocation and improve operational efficiency. An AI- powered chatbot interface is also integrated to assist users with booking queries and support services. By minimizing parking search time, reducing traffic congestion, and enhancing user convenience, the proposed system contributes to sustainable urban mobility and supports the vision of smart city infrastructure. The developed platform demonstrates how the integration of IoT, machine learning, and web technologies can significantly improve modern parking management systems.},
