AI MedLab: AI-Based Smart Medical Laboratory for Multi-Disease Prediction and E Health Management

  • Early detection of diseases plays a critical role in improving healthcare outcomes and reducing mortality rates. Traditional diagnosis methods require extensive medical expertise and time-consuming tests. This paper presents an AI-based disease prediction and personalized healthcare recommendation system using the XGBoost machine learning algorithm. The system predicts diseases based on user symptoms and provides healthcare recommendations such as diet plans, medications, precautions, and workout routines. A Flask-based backend integrates the model with a web interface, allowing real-time predictions and report generation. Experimental results demonstrate high accuracy and efficiency, making the system a valuable decision-support tool.
