The system is built on a sophisticated hybrid architecture where an intelligent agent, orchestrated by Google's Gemini Pro, utilizes a dual knowledge backbone: a Knowledge Graph (Neo4j) for structured reasoning and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline powered by Google Cloud's Vertex AI Search.
