Smart Housing Society Management with Report Automation

  • The Housing Society Management System is a desktop-based application built using VB.NET and SQL Server Management Studio to automate and simplify the management of residential societies. It integrates essential modules such as member management, flat management, maintenance billing, service management, vendor management, notice management, and financial reporting into one central platform. Crystal Reports is used to create organized and flexible reports, which are converted into PDF format and delivered to residents via email services with minimal user interaction. This enables efficient sharing of payment and maintenance records based on date selections. The system improves data accuracy, reduces manual effort, and increases transparency in administrative procedures. Role-based access control ensures secure handling of data, and the system has been tested for reliability and performance, showing its effectiveness in modern housing society management.
