Web App for Smart Parking System based on IoT

  • In Today's cities, the number of vehicles is increasing very fast. Because of this, traffic and parking problems are very common. Many drivers waste their important time and fuel searching for finding free parking spaces. Current parking systems are expensive, complex to use, or do not show free spaces in real time. They also do not provide Online booking feature and did not accept online payments. This project will provide the solution for these issues by making a Smart Parking Web App. That app will allow users to see free spaces, book them Online, and pay digitally. The system will use real-time data (from sensors or manual updates) to show which slots are available and free to use. It will also guide the user to the nearest parking space. For managers, the app will provide tools to add or remove slots, check usage, and make reports. This project is important because it saves time, reduces fuel use, and lower pollution. It will also help reduce traffic problems and support smart city growth. The system will be low-cost, simple, and easy to expand. It will directly help people by solving one of the biggest problems in cities finding a free parking space.
