abstract = {The rapid growth of mobile technology and digital services has transformed traditional business models into efficient online platforms. In the fashion industry, many local dress shops still depend on offline methods for sales, rentals, and delivery, which limits their reach and efficiency. Customers face difficulties in finding nearby dress shops, checking dress availability, and tracking deliveries. To overcome these limitations, this project proposes a Third-Party Dress Delivery and Rental Application. The proposed application acts as a common digital platform that connects customers, local dress shops, and delivery partners. Customers can browse dress collections, choose to buy or rent dresses, place orders, and track deliveries in real time. Local dress shops can register on the platform, upload their collections, manage orders, and handle rental services efficiently. Delivery partners are assigned automatically based on location, ensuring timely delivery. The system uses GPS-based location services to identify nearby shops and calculate delivery time accurately. Secure digital payment options and feedback systems are integrated to improve user convenience and service quality. By digitizing the entire process, the application reduces manual work, improves transparency, and enhances customer satisfaction. This project supports the digital growth of small and medium dress shops and provides a reliable solution for modern dress delivery and rental services. The proposed system demonstrates how technology can effectively bridge the gap between customers and local businesses while offering a scalable and user-friendly platform.},
