STUDENT GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT AND REDRESSAL SYSTEM

  • Abstract:
  • One common issue within older education setups involves slow, paper-heavy processes for handling complaints – these tend to drag out resolution times while keeping details hidden. Instead of relying on those outdated methods, a new approach takes shape through an online tool made just for managing student concerns from start to finish. Starting with submission and ending with closure, each step moves smoothly because front-end tools like React pair up with styling layers such as Tailwind and Bootstrap to keep navigation clear across devices. On the flip side, server-side operations run quietly but efficiently thanks to Node.js backed by Express.js and powered by Supabase storage solutions that grow when needed without breaking security rules. With everything tied together, learners gain one single place where filing a report feels straightforward and watching its progress becomes possible at any moment. At the same time, staff gain access to auto-routing features that sort, assign, and track student concerns without delay. Because tasks move faster, responses become clearer, responsibility grows stronger, while school-wide messaging improves shaping a space where learning feels backed by structure.
