  • Abstract:
  • Global supply chains are designed for efficiency but have become increasingly vulnerable to disruptions caused by pandemics, geopolitical conflicts, and changing trade regulations. This study focuses on understanding how these disruptions affect supply chains and how companies respond to them. The research is based on secondary data from journals, reports, and real business cases. It highlights practical strategies like using multiple suppliers, shifting production closer to markets, improving digital tracking, and managing inventory more flexibly. The study also emphasizes the role of managerial decision-making and institutional factors in shaping supply chain strategies and proposes an integrated framework to support firms in balancing efficiency and resilience in a volatile global environment.
