To deliver sympathetic and customised responses, the platform combines sentiment analysis, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and large language models integrated with LangChain. A Flask backend, react frontend, emotion prediction model, and MongoDB storage are all part of the system architecture, which guarantees privacy- focused session continuity.
