  • Abstract:
  • Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) play a significant role in addressing social challenges in areas such as poverty, education, healthcare, and community development. However, many NGOs rely on manual or fragmented systems to manage volunteers, donations, beneficiaries, and events, leading to inefficiency, data inconsistency, and a lack of transparency. This paper presents a Smart NGO Management System, a web-based platform designed to streamline and centralize NGO operations. The system enables efficient management of volunteer records, donor information, beneficiary data, and organizational activities through a single integrated interface. The proposed solution is developed using the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB for database management, Express.js and Node.js for backend processing, and react for frontend user interaction. The system improves data accuracy, reduces manual workload, and enhances transparency in donation tracking and resource utilization. By providing a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform, the system helps NGOs operate more efficiently and focus on their core objective of social service and community support.
