abstract = {The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence technology has significantly changed the way humans interact with computer systems. Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) have become an integral part of smart phones, smart homes and online systems, helping users through voice commands, natural language and computer responses. However, IVAs currently fail to understand the context of the users, relying instead on pre-defined commands. The current study introduces the concept of an innovative Adaptive Intelligent Virtual Assistant (AIVA) that uses machine learning, natural language and behavior analysis to improve the functionality of IVAs. The paper introduces the design, working flow, possible applications and challenges of developing the AIVA. This study, which addresses the limitations of IVAs, introduces a new direction for the development of adaptive virtual assistants that can better understand the needs of users, paving the way for the evolution of smart, interactive and intelligent AI systems in the near future.},
