  • Performance Management System (PMS) has become a critical tool that can be used by organizations to improve the productivity of employees as well as organizational strategies. Particularly in the IT industry where efficiency and performance directly affect the results of any operational areas, PMS is critical in how they can be sold as a means of aligning individual objectives and operational performance. The present study will focus on exploring the success of the PMS at Hexaware Technologies, Nagpur, and its influence on the operational results (productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement). The study follows a descriptive and analytical study utilizing secondary data which is represented through the journals, company reports and existing literature. The research is concentrated on the important aspects of PMS such as its goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance appraisal. The results reveal that a properly laid down PMS is effective in ensuring that employees perform well, become more accountable as well as minimizing operational inefficiencies. Moreover, the use of technology-based PMS tools will aid in the enhancement of the monitoring and decision-making activities. The paper concludes that PMS positively influences the operational results and is crucial to sustainable development of the organization in the IT sector.
