  • Abstract:
  • Rapid urbanization has led to a rise in civic issues such as potholes, garbage overflow, streetlight failures, and drainage problems. Traditional complaint management systems rely on manual processes that are slow, inefficient, and lack transparency. The Smart City Complaint Management System provides a web-based platform for citizens to report civic issues easily. Users can submit complaints with clear descriptions and supporting images for better understanding. Administrators manage complaints through a centralized dashboard with real-time status updates. The system improves efficiency, accountability, and communication between citizens and city authorities.
