abstract = {The healthcare industry is rapidly evolving with digital technologies, yet many platforms fail to ensure trust and efficiency in patient-doctor interactions. This paper presents Medinest, a full-stack AI-integrated healthcare platform that enables users to find verified doctors, book secure appointments, and receive AI-based symptom insights. The system combines location-based doctor discovery, OTP-based visit verification, and an admin-controlled verification and AI training module. Built using modern technologies such as React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB, Medinest ensures reliability and scalability. A pilot study showed a significant reduction in appointment not shown and improved patient satisfaction, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed system.},
