  • This project involves the design and fabrication of a flexible spring screw conveyor for lifting manganese slurry, a critical operation in mineral processing industries. The conveyor's flexible design enables it to navigate complex routes and reduce material degradation, making it an ideal solution for handling abrasive and corrosive materials like manganese slurry. The screw conveyor's performance is evaluated through experimental and numerical studies, focusing on flow rate, power consumption, and material degradation. The results show significant improvements in conveying efficiency and reduced energy consumption compared to traditional conveyor systems. The flexible spring screw conveyor offers a reliable and efficient solution for lifting manganese slurry, with potential applications in various industries, including mining and mineral processing.
