abstract = {Access to quality healthcare in rural areas remains a significant challenge due to limited medical infrastructure and shortage of healthcare professionals. This paper presents a telemedical system integrated with an AI assistant to provide remote healthcare services efficiently. The proposed system enables patients to consult doctors via an online platform, receive preliminary diagnosis through AI-based symptom analysis, and access medical records digitally. The AI assistant enhances decision-making by providing recommendations and automating routine queries. The implementation demonstrates improved accessibility, reduced response time, and enhanced healthcare delivery in rural regions. Future enhancements include integration of advanced machine learning models and IoT-based health monitoring systems.},
