DevOps-Driven Modernization Framework for Legacy Systems: A Cloud-Native Re-Architectural Approach

  • The proposed framework presents a structured modernization procedure that converts legacy systems to scalable walking environments by applying DevOps practices. Modern applications developed as Spring Boot or Node.js microservices and automated CI/CD pipelines and Docker containers and AWS Lambda services form a part of this approach. The outcome delivers a system which enhances scalability by minimizing waiting expenses to satisfy operational objectives. The software development process meets both ISO/IEC 12207- and IEEE 14764 standards and provides controlled methodologies for software development.
