        abstract = {Digital transformation has emerged as a pivotal force of competitiveness in global IT sector to allow organizations to improve efficiency, agility, and innovation. Digital Transformation Maturity Models (DTMMs) are used in this regard to offer a methodical approach to measuring the extent to which an organization has adopted digital transformation and cycles the organization towards more sophisticated digital-related abilities. This research aims at investigating how the digital transformation maturity models could be used to improve efficiency in the operations of HCLTech, Nagpur. The approach takes a qualitative and conceptual methodology, which is anchored on secondary data, which was gathered by conducting scholarly articles, industry reports and available maturity models frameworks. The key dimensions explored in the study include process automation, data analytics, cloud integration, organizational culture, and digital strategy. The results also indicate that an increased degree of digital maturity enhances operational efficiency as it lowers operational costs, raise productivity, makes decisions faster and resource utilization is optimized. The research finds that digital maturity models serve as strategic road maps that facilitate ongoing enhancement and organized digital transformations in companies such as HCLTech. In addition, the study also emphasizes that digital maturity organizations can better maintain long-term operational excellence and competitive advantage in the fast-changing digital economy.},
