It emphasizes that proper training can improve the competencies of employees, minimize errors in their operations, improve the quality criteria, and provide a consistent flow of work at different stages of production. The results show that the positive correlation between training initiatives and performance of an organization is strong. Effective training initiatives that are well designed do not only enhance efficiency of individual employees but also help in the overall process optimization and reduction in costs. The paper finds that ongoing investment in training and development is essential in maintaining competitiveness, as well as long-term expansion in the textile manufacturing industry.
