        abstract = {The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is transforming the contemporary business world by providing companies with an opportunity to streamline business operations, increase efficiency, and enhance decision-making abilities. This term paper discusses how AI and ML can influence Business Process Optimization with particular reference to the Accenture operations in Nagpur. The literature review is grounded on the secondary data, gathered on the basis of industry reports, research papers, and case studies of the organization. It emphasizes the presence of AI-powered technologies including robotic process automation, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent workflow systems turning the old- fashioned business processes into the hybrid of automated, data-driven, and intelligent systems. The results indicate that AI and ML contribute to a great increase in operational efficiency in terms of decreasing manual work, errors, and speed of completion, and real-time decision-making. Nonetheless, there are still problems with high implementation costs, shortage of skilled professionals, data privacy issues, and complexities during the integration. The paper comes to the conclusion that AI and ML are necessary components of business process optimization and digital transformation through which such organizations as Accenture can attain sustainable competitive advantage in the global market.},
