abstract = {The incorporation of Information Technology (IT) in supply chain management has come forth as identity of organizational output and competitiveness within the contemporary industrial arena. This paper is a discussion of IT in improving efficiency of the supply chain based on a case study of NPL Bluesky Automotive Pvt Ltd, Nagpur. The study will seek to learn the way technological tools like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), data analytics, and digital logistics platforms are used in the enhancement of coordination, lower operational costs, and high responsiveness in the supply chain networks. The research follows a descriptive and analytical research design, which is grounded on secondary data, such as business reports and scholarly articles. The results indicate that IT helps to create a real time flow of information, have better control of inventory, and predict demand more accurately and strengthen relationships with the suppliers. Moreover, the research indicates that the digitalization increases transparency and agility of the supply chain processes. The study concludes that IT is an enabler of strategic transformation of the old centuries of supply chains to intelligent and data-driven systems. It also suggests the assessment of more emergent technologies in terms of artificial intelligence and blockchain to maintain long-term efficiency and innovation.},
