abstract = {Courts across the country face delays and inefficiencies in the justice system primarily due to the increasing volume and complexity of cases. In response to these obstacles, this research outlines a courtroom assistant powered by artificial intelligence that provides real-time transcription, intelligent summarization, and decision support to judges, lawyers, and court personnel. Using state-of-the-art speech-to-text technology and natural language processing (NLP), the system reviews hearings in real time, identifies major arguments, and pulls pertinent precedents. Additionally, an internal deception analysis feature detects and analyzes speech and tonal patterns to uncover unsworn statements. By automating documentation and offering intelligent, automated analysis, the assistant intends to enhance judicial productivity, reduce errors, and support equity, and the justice system’s transparency.},
