  • Abstract:
  • Generation Z’s entry to the market is making an extensive cultural shift; it alters organisational leadership methods and enhances employee involvement techniques significantly. Begun in the late 1990s through the beginning of the 2010s, Generation Z constitutes the first generation entirely raised on digital technology, characterised by their focus on adaptability, acceptance, honesty and health as their core principle. Research findings showcase that these organisations favour flexible working arrangements, equitable pay, and ongoing educational resources over previous emphasis on security and traditional hierarchies. The rapid proficiency of Gen Z in technology drives organisational changes, whereas their transparency on emotional well-being and preference for energetic management push against traditional corporate frameworks. The obstacles remain concerning for relationship management, discouraging frequent career changes, as well as striking an equilibrium between technological dependence and interpersonal skills. The research aims to offer an integrated perspective on how Generation Z influences the contemporary employment environment.
