        abstract = {Surveillance and reconnaissance are essential in security, defense, and disaster management scenarios, particularly in hazardous or inaccessible environments. This paper presents the design and development of an autonomous smart reconnaissance robot capable of real-time remote navigation and live video streaming. The proposed system integrates a microcontroller-based control unit, wireless communication interface, DC motor-driven mobility, and a servo-actuated camera module to enable dynamic visual coverage. The robot provides continuous real-time video feedback while supporting precise motion control for effective area monitoring. Emphasis is placed on achieving a cost-effective, energy-efficient, and reliable system architecture. Experimental evaluation demonstrates stable wireless communication, smooth locomotion, and consistent real-time surveillance performance, validating the suitability of the system for practical deployment in security patrol, military reconnaissance, and emergency response operations.},
