abstract = {The rapid acceleration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fundamentally transforming global economies, employment structures, and the very meaning of professional competence. What was once considered futuristic technology is now embedded in everyday life—supporting doctors in diagnosing diseases, helping banks detect fraud, assisting teachers in personalizing lessons, and enabling businesses to forecast trends with remarkable accuracy. According to the Future of Jobs Report 2023 by the World Economic Forum, nearly 44% of workers’ core skills are expected to change by 2027. While AI and automation may displace around 85 million jobs, they are also projected to create 97 million new roles globally. Similarly, McKinsey & Company estimates that up to 30% of work activities could be automated by 2030, though most occupations will be reshaped and augmented rather than entirely eliminated.
Behind these numbers are real human stories—students uncertain about which skills will secure their future, educators striving to keep curricula relevant, and professionals learning to collaborate with intelligent systems rather than compete with them. The AI revolution is not simply about machines performing tasks faster; it is about redefining how humans add value. While algorithms excel at analyzing data and identifying patterns, they cannot replicate empathy, ethical reasoning, leadership, or creativity.
These realities demand a thoughtful reimagining of higher education. Institutions must move beyond traditional teaching models to cultivate future-ready graduates who combine digital literacy with critical thinking and emotional intelligence. This study explores how curriculum redesign, interdisciplinary learning, and experiential pedagogy can prepare adaptable, ethically grounded, and innovation-driven professionals for AI-powered career landscapes.},
