  • The increasing interest in sustainable development and the responsible way of doing business in the global arena has greatly changed the organizational strategies especially the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. ESG as a broad framework has come out as a key strategy that can help organizations achieve economic goals with environmental conservation, social justice, and moral governance. In this regard, Human Resource (HR) policies are very instrumental in how we can translate ESG principles into organizational behavior and culture. The proposed study will provide a discussion to determine the effect of ESG practices on HR policies in particular to Tata motors limited Nagpur. This study is anchored on theoretical and analytical method with the secondary data through the sustainability reports, academic resources and corporate disclosure. The paper examines the role of ESG dimensions in determining HR functions like recruitment, training, employee engagement, diversity, and ethical governance. The results indicate that ESG practices can transform HR policies in a major way that favors sustainability-oriented management of the workforce, employee welfare, and organizational responsibility. The paper concludes that ESG integration is not only a mandatory initiative but an effective tool which promotes success in the long run organizational performance and social responsibility.
