abstract = {The current research paper gives a detailed study of digital marketing and lead conversion strategies implemented by Thrivedu Career Solutions LLP, Nagpur, which is an education consultancy firm working in a very competitive and digitally oriented world. Digital marketing has emerged as one of the central sources of quality leads in the education sector with the fast changing consumer behavior towards online platforms. The paper is a critical analysis of the role played by different digital platforms, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, marketing on social media, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and content marketing in attracting the attention of potential students.
The study also examines the well-organized process of lead conversion that is undertaken by the organization which involves capturing of leads, segmentation, counselling nurturing, follow-ups and ultimate enrolment. The particular focus is made on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in tracking lead, increasing the response time, and customer engagement. The paper also discusses the role of individual communication and counselling in time of decision making of potential students.
Also, the paper sheds some light on the significance of data analytics in the process of campaign performance measurement, marketing strategy optimization, and enhancement of conversion rates. It has pointed out some of these challenges which include lead drop-off, late follow-ups and the competition within the education consultancy market. The results indicate that when complex digital marketing plans are implemented and the human counselling method is efficient, the conversion rate and organizational performance are high. This paper finds that automation and personalized interaction should be in balance to achieve sustainable development in service-based industries that are education-related.},
