abstract = {Hospitals increasingly require integrated digital platforms capable of coordinating clinical care, administration, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, compliance, and analytics within a unified environment. However, many healthcare institutions still depend on fragmented software, paper-based records, and disconnected departmental workflows, resulting in inefficiency, billing errors, limited traceability, and weak decision support. This paper presents a conceptual Hospital ERP framework designed to integrate patient registration, outpatient care, inpatient management, emergency services, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, operation theatre, billing, insurance, inventory, human resources, finance, and reporting within a single digital ecosystem. The proposed framework is informed by recent studies on electronic health records, interoperability, digital health governance, privacy-preserving systems, and AI-assisted clinical documentation. The design emphasizes modular architecture, role-based access control, auditability, workflow continuity, and interoperability readiness. The proposed system is expected to improve operational efficiency, reduce duplication of work, strengthen billing accuracy, support safer documentation practices, and enhance hospital governance. This work is presented as an academic conceptual model for research and educational purposes and does not disclose any proprietary implementation details.},
