  • The co-operative banks which form the core of community-based finance are being compelled to modernize their systems of operation so that they too are not left behind. This paper examines the symbiotic relationship between Customer Relationship Management systems and core working procedures in the co-operative banking sector and The Gadchiroli District Co-Op. Bank Ltd., where the researcher had an internship, in particular. The big objective is to determine the impact of this integration on the satisfaction level to the members and internal processes effectiveness. The study gathered both quantitative data through a survey of 120 members and 40 employees in the bank The Gadchiroli District Co-Op. Bank Ltd. and added qualitative data obtained using structured interviews with eight top bank officials, to enable an analysis of the aspect of the study using a mixedmethodology design. This analysis indicates that banks that have adopted integrated CRM systems have had achieved high scores in service personalization and time saving in the processing of transactions. Limitations to success are represented majority of outdated IT infrastructure, lack of financial resources to support the use of digital tools, and resistance of the staff to new technologies. It is concluded that the paper recommends staged CRM application as a re-invented workflow can be adopted to ensure that co-operative banks can increase their member loyalty and attain sustainable operational excellence.
