  • Abstract:
  • In today’s fast-changing and uncertain global landscape, supply chains are constantly being tested by disruptions such as geopolitical conflicts, pandemics, shifting consumer demand, and environmental uncertainties. These challenges have exposed the limitations of traditional supply chain systems, which often rely on delayed information and lack the flexibility needed to respond quickly. As a result, organizations are increasingly looking for smarter, more adaptive solutions. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is emerging as a powerful enabler in this transformation. By leveraging technologies such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and intelligent automation, AI allows businesses to gain real-time visibility across their supply chains and make faster, more informed decisions. Instead of reacting to disruptions after they occur, organizations can anticipate risks, adjust operations proactively, and maintain continuity even in uncertain conditions. This research paper examines how AI contributes to enhancing real-time supply chain visibility and building resilience. It proposes a conceptual framework that connects AI capabilities with key dimensions of visibility and resilience, while also discussing practical implementation strategies, existing challenges, and future opportunities. Through this exploration, the study highlights how AI can help organizations not only survive disruptions but also become more agile, responsive, and competitive in an increasingly complex global environment.
