  • Abstract:
  • The Project Management System is an advanced web-based platform developed to optimize the way organizations handle projects, tasks, and team coordination. The system is designed to replace traditional manual methods with a digital solution that improves efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration among users. It utilizes Firebase Authentication to provide a secure login mechanism and implements role-based authorization to differentiate access levels between administrators and team members. This application allows users to create and organize projects, assign responsibilities, monitor task progress, and manage deadlines within a unified interface. The user interface is built using React.js to deliver a smooth and responsive experience, while the server-side operations are handled using Node.js and Express.js. Firebase is used as the backend service for storing and managing data securely and efficiently. The integration of RESTful APIs ensures seamless communication between the frontend and backend components. By centralizing all project-related activities, the system reduces dependency on manual tracking and enhances team productivity. It also improves transparency by providing real-time updates on task status and project performance. The authentication system continuously maintains user sessions and ensures secure access even after refreshing the application. Furthermore, the system dynamically adjusts features and permissions based on user roles, ensuring controlled and organized workflow management. Overall, this Project Management System serves as a reliable and scalable solution suitable for both professional environments and academic purposes, fulfilling the demands of modern project handling systems.
