abstract = {This paper will explore the efficiency of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in recruitment and selection, using GlobalLogic, Nagpur as a case. With the digital transformation, organizations are increasingly using AI-based tools to improve their hiring processes, cut down on expenses and establish better quality candidates. The research aims to evaluate the impact of AI on recruitment performance, candidate experience, and decision-making accuracy. The descriptive research design was used where both primary and secondary data were used. Structured questionnaires were used to collect primary data among HR professionals and employees whereas secondary data was collected by using journals, reports, and company resources. Analysis also involves the statistical analysis of the efficiency of recruitment, cost-cutting, and the level of satisfaction. The results indicate that AI has a considerable positive impact on recruitment processes and makes them faster and more accurate, minimizes the number of manual operations, and increases the level of engagement with the candidates. Nonetheless, such issues as algorithmic bias, the absence of transparency, and excessive dependence on technology were also noted. The paper concludes that AI is best applied to human judgment, as opposed to being an entirely substitutive tool. The study will help learn more about the adoption of AI in the Indian IT industry in the context of recruitment and may offer beneficial tips on how organizations can successfully adopt AI-based recruitment systems.},
