  • Traditional agriculture portals primarily support basic crop listing and trading functionalities, offering limited decision-making assistance to farmers. The lack of advanced features such as crop price prediction, intelligent crop recommendation, and real-time market price comparison restricts effective planning, reduces transparency, and impacts farmer profitability. To address these challenges, this paper presents AgriNext, an AI-powered smart agriculture web platform de- signed to enhance decision-making and market accessibility. The system provides secure role-based authentication for farmers, buyers, and administrators, along with a digital marketplace that enables efficient crop listing, searching, and transactions using RESTful APIs and database management systems. It integrates machine learning algorithms such as Linear Regression and Random Forest to analyze historical market data, perform preprocessing, and predict future crop prices, helping farmers identify optimal selling periods. Additionally, the platform offers intelligent crop recommendations based on seasonal patterns, climatic conditions, and historical data using both rule-based and machine learning approaches. Real-time market price com- parison is achieved through external API integration, ensuring transparency across multiple markets, while a weather alert module provides timely updates and risk notifications. Implemented using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and secure backend services, AgriNext delivers a scalable solution that improves productivity, profitability, and sustainability in agriculture. Furthermore, the Real-Time Market Price Comparison Module integrates external APIs to fetch dynamic pricing data from multiple markets, enabling comparative visualization and ensuring pricing transparency, and the Weather Alert and Advisory Module delivers real-time weather updates and alerts for rainfall, temperature changes, and potential risks through weather API integration and threshold-based notification systems.
