abstract = {This study looks at sales growth trends and operational factors affecting performance at the MedPlus unit in Nagpur. We collected responses from 105 people. Looked at existing research on pharmacy retail, inventory management, supply chain efficiency, workforce effectiveness and digital integration. We found that MedPlus Nagpur has had a positive sales trend with most people saying there was some or a lot of growth over the last two years. Discounts, staff behavior and customer service were key to sales while stockouts, forecasting gaps and staffing shortages during peak hours were operational issues. We think that better demand forecasting, staffing and use of tools can improve sales and customer satisfaction.},
