abstract = {The proposed project is called "AI-Based Freelancing Platform”. This project wants to create a kind of digital ecosystem. It will help clients and freelancers work together using automation and good data analysis. The system is like a marketplace where clients can post projects and freelancers can bid on them or get matched automatically based on what they're good at. The AI algorithms look at what the project needs the freelancer’s profile, ratings and what they have done before. This helps find the match and makes sure they work well together. The platform has a lot of features like login, different dashboards for different users, a safe way to pay real-time chat and a way to give feedback. This makes sure everything is transparent and trustworthy. The platform uses open-source technologies like Flask, Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It also has AI and machine learning modules to help match people and projects. This project fixes problems with freelancing systems like having to search manually too much competition and not being fair to everyone. It makes a fair and easy-to-use environment for freelancers. The system is especially good for freelancers in areas and those who are just starting out. It gives them opportunities and support for different languages. This helps make the digital world more inclusive and creates jobs. The "AI-Based Freelancing Platform" project is about making freelancing better with AI, a good recommendation engine, dynamic pricing, fraud detection and more. It uses tools like Flask and vector database to make it work. The main things this project is, about are AI, freelancing platform, recommendation engine, dynamic pricing, fraud detection, Flask and vector database.},
