  • In the modern era of digital transformation, organizations increasingly rely on efficient workflow management systems to improve productivity, reduce operational delays, and enhance decision-making capabilities. Traditional workflow systems are largely manual, time consuming, and prone to human errors, which negatively impact performance and scalability. This research paper presents a Smart Workflow System that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modern Web Technologies to manage task execution, monitor workflow processes in real time, and improve decision-making. The system is based on a three-tier architecture consisting of a React-based frontend, Node.js backend, and a database system such as MongoDB. An intelligent AI module is incorporated to analyze workflow patterns, predict delays, detect inefficiencies, and suggest optimized solutions.
