  • Abstract:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the nature of work and career mobility across industries. Traditional career progression models based on linear skill accumulation are increasingly insufficient in the AI-driven economy. This research proposes a Career Pivot Roadmap using AI to identify skill bridge mapping strategies that enable professionals to transition across occupations effectively. The study integrates AI- based skill analytics, occupational network analysis, and machine learning models to identify transferable skills and potential career pathways. By analyzing occupational data and AI usage patterns, the framework identifies skill bridges that enable workers to move between job roles with minimal retraining. The proposed roadmap provides a systematic approach for career planning, workforce development, and educational policy. The results demonstrate how AI-driven career guidance systems can improve employability and reduce skill mismatches in modern labor markets.
