AI Powered Real-Time Multilingual Speech Translation with Voice Cloning

  • Language diversity presents a major challenge in effective communication across global digital platforms. This paper proposes an AI-powered multilingual speech translation system integrated with voice cloning and basic audio content analysis. The system processes speech input by converting it into text using automatic speech recognition, followed by neural machine translation to generate translated text in a target language. The translated text is then converted into natural speech using AI-based text-to-speech synthesis. In addition, the system performs basic audio content analysis such as summarization to extract meaningful insights. The proposed model focuses on near real-time processing with minimal delay and improved user interaction through voice output. The implementation is carried out using Python and various APIs for speech processing and translation. Experimental results demonstrate effective transcription, accurate translation, and clear speech output, making the system suitable for real-world multilingual communication applications.
