abstract = {Chronic non-healing wounds following vascular surgery present a significant therapeutic challenge, particularly when associated with persistent infection and graft failure. These cases often demonstrate poor response to prolonged antibiotic therapy, leading patients to seek alternative treatment approaches. We report a case of a 77-year-old male with a chronic non-healing post-surgical wound complicated by Pseudomonas infection, which showed significant improvement following individualized homeopathic treatment with Silicea 200. The patient demonstrated gradual reduction in purulent discharge, relief in pain, and progressive wound healing.},
