abstract = {In the modern banking environment, digital transformation is essential for maintaining competitiveness. This research enhances the Technology Acceptance Model by incorporating Psychological Capital—self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism—to evaluate its effects on technology adoption in the Indian banking sector. Through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, the model showed strong reliability and validity, with Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.82 to 0.88 and Composite Reliability over 0.88. The factor loadings ranged from 0.70 to 0.91, ensuring convergent validity with Average Variance Extracted between 0.63 and 0.79. Results indicated a significant influence of Psychological Capital on perceived usefulness and ease of use, impacting behavioral intention and technology usage with an effect size of f2 = 0.40. The findings highlight the crucial role of psychological resources in enhancing employees' readiness to adopt new technologies in banking.},
