SMART-INV: Smart Inventory System with AI/ML and IoT Integration

  • This paper presents SmartInv, a multi-tenant inventory management system integrating AI/ML and IoT technologies. Built on React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, the system features real-time synchronization, role-based access control, and intelligent analytics. AI/ML capabilities include demand forecasting (88.8% accuracy), product recommendations (73% precision), and anomaly detection (94% TPR). IoT integration provides environmental monitoring (99.5% uptime) and RFID tracking (99.2% accuracy). The system handles 1000 concurrent users with 95% of requests under 500ms, achieved 99.7% uptime, and delivered $106,000 monthly savings with 23% stockout reduction.
