        abstract = {Invoicing is an integral part of financial processes in organizations and firms. However, most small and medium-sized businesses use inefficient manual procedures and old school tools such as Excel, thus experiencing numerous problems related to errors, inefficiencies, and late payments. In this work, we present a solution in the form of Smart Invoice AI, which is an online platform for automated invoice creation, customer management, and payments. Apart from automating these activities, the system uses machine learning algorithms to learn from historical transactions and make predictions regarding future payment issues. Furthermore, Smart Invoice AI allows its users to monitor their reports, outstanding payments, and finances. The primary goal of using this tool is not only reducing efforts but also making financial decisions based on accurate data.},
