  • Abstract:
  • This paper presents SmartPark, a modular, cloud-native Amusement Park Management Platform (APMP) designed to modernize and optimize operations in amusement parks, with emphasis on applicability in India and similar emerging markets. SmartPark integrates IoT-based ride telemetry, AI-driven crowd orchestration, contactless ticketing, unified payments, and analytics into a microservices architecture that sup- ports phased adoption and multi-park deployments. We describe system objectives, architecture, module specifications, implementation technologies, testing methodology, economic feasibility, and a phased rollout plan. Prototype testing and pilot scenarios indicate measurable improvements in throughput, reduced downtime through predictive maintenance, and higher guest satisfaction. The paper concludes with governance recommendations and a roadmap for AR/VR integration and federated analytics.
