        abstract = {This research assesses the quality of public transportation services in Rajkot City by employing the RIDIT scoring method, a statistical approach that is effective for analyzing ordinal data pertaining to user perceptions. The objective of the study is to pinpoint the primary factors influencing commuter satisfaction and to underscore significant deficiencies in the current transport services. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires that concentrated on aspects such as reliability, comfort, safety, punctuality, affordability, and accessibility. The RIDIT analysis facilitated the transformation of subjective feedback into comparable scores, enabling an objective evaluation across various service quality parameters. The results reveal considerable differences in levels of commuter satisfaction, with reliability and punctuality identified as critical areas requiring enhancement.
