TRAYI: An Offline-First Adaptive Health and Life Assistant System

  • Long-term health conditions, including metabolic disorders, nutritional deficiencies, and lifestyle-related diseases, are often linked to irregular daily habits. Existing digital health applications commonly rely on reminders, internet connectivity, and continuous user engagement, limiting their effectiveness. This paper presents TRAYI, an offline-first adaptive health and life assistant designed to promote long-term well-being through consistent daily habit management. It integrates routine scheduling, medication adherence, meal guidance, and behavioral reflection into a single hardware-based system. Using transparent rule-based logic instead of cloud services or deep AI, TRAYI adapts to user behavior while ensuring privacy, reliability, and seamless offline operation through local data storage. Designed to be multilingual and elder-friendly, TRAYI offers a practical solution for continuous health support in resource-constrained settings.
