  • Abstract:
  • This paper presents a comprehensive implementa- tion of a Dynamic Pricing and Risk-Based Loan Offer System designed for modern financial technology platforms. The system integrates machine learning-based credit risk prediction with adaptive pricing strategies to generate personalized loan offers in real time. Unlike traditional static pricing systems, this approach dynamically adjusts interest rates based on borrower risk pro- files, improving profitability, fairness, and decision efficiency. The system is implemented using Fast API, machine learning models, and a structured data pipeline. Experimental results demonstrate improved prediction accuracy, better customer segmentation, and controlled portfolio risk.
